Epson pioneered the first SCARA robot with a perfectly cylindrical work envelope—a concept now widely adopted. This guarantees 100% reach across the entire operating area, maximising productivity and minimising space requirements. With its 550 mm arm, RS6-C handles heavier payloads up to 6 kg and features an enhanced spindle—200 mm long and 20 mm thick—for deeper access and greater rigidity.

RS6-C delivers cycle times as low as 0.373 seconds, supported by a high-rigidity arm design that minimises vibration for smooth, precise motion. With STM (Shortest Time Motion) and GYROPLUS technology, RS6-C combines speed, accuracy, and the ability to handle payloads up to 6 kg for demanding applications.
